EducatePart of my commitment to you is to make sure you are educated on your overall health so you can make your own informed decision about your health
Live fullyI want to be able to provide you with the tools to be able to live your life fully and completely
HealingI have studied a lot of both eastern and western medicine and apply these principles to my treatment. Its important to me that treatment is healing on all levels.
HolisticI like to approach everything in its “natural” state before adding artificial modalities. I believe our bodies and minds are a beautiful thing and already have the perfect blue print of what is best for us.

I Work Towards Whole Health
My goal as an integrative health practitioner is to always look at the big picture and find the Why behind the issues presented. I feel that once we know the Why, everything else unfolds to tell us the story. My second goal is to EDUCATE you, so you are able to make your own informed decision about your own health with the knowledge you already have and also gained from seeing me.
My approach is a whole-body approach with utilization of my constant continuing education and my insatiable thirst for wanting to know more in holistic nutrition, biological dentistry, myofunctional therapy, sleep apnea, TMD, breastfeeding and lactation consulting, tongue-ties, autonomic response testing, and training in both eastern and western approaches.
You will hear me say this a million times… We are all unique individuals and what might work for one person, isn’t going to work for you. Therefore we cannot all be treated the same and my approach is to consider this and figure out what works best for you and your body.
